Excellant staff and food - they offered a quite comfortable experience. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a refrigerator and a dining area were a nice touch.

the hotel was perfect, the staff was lovely, great experience overall. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. also, we were 1 mile from popular place such as canal piratas.

It's enjoyable base for visiting some must see attractions in Bacalar. We were in a double room with a coffee maker and a dining area. Good choice of options for breakfast in the bar.

No water pressure.
